At Bracevor, we want our customers to have a complete peace of mind before and after your purchase. So we have worked hard to implement the following shipping and return policies to ensure that our customers have a smooth experience.
Shipping Policy:
We offer Free Shipping within India.
We ship our items by reliable couriers like Fedex, IndiaPost, Delhivery, Blue dart or DTDC.
Please allow 1 working day for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 12 noon on a business day are dispatched the same day, provided the card security checks are complete, payment is received and stock is available. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
To avoid shipping delays or loss in transit, buyer is responsible for providing a detailed and accurate shipping address with a working phone number.
Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery (nominal COD charges apply) for more than 12000 pin codes.
If non-delivery or re-delivery has to be made due to a mistake by customer, any extra cost incurred by Bracevor shall be claimed from the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
After placing an order, customer can cancel their order if it is still in pending state without penalty except transaction charges. Cancellations have to be made within 4 hours (maximum) of placing the order by calling our customer support. If cancellation request is received after the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to determine whether an order can be cancelled or not and decision made by us will be deemed final.
We further reserve the right to cancel an order for a product listed incorrectly or for any other reason. In this case, customer will receive 100% refund.
Return & Replacement policy:
As per our Return & Replacement policy, your product will be eligible if you receive a wrong or defective or damaged product.
If you receive a product different from what is ordered, you will be eligible for free return/replacement.
If you receive a defective product (manufacturing defect), your product is covered under our warranty. Product damages incurred due to improper usage or improper handling by the customer are not covered under warranty.
Products damaged in transit due to improper handling by shipping agent or courier are also eligible for return/replacement provided sufficient proof is provided.
To file a return/replacement claim, contact us within 5 days of delivery by emailng us at returns@bracevor.in with detailed proof in the form of photos/videos. Once we investigate and verify your claim, we will notify you about our decision along with the details of the return/replacement process, if your product is eligible.
If authorized to return, items must be couriered back in original unused condition and in original packaging. Courier charges must be borne by customers. Replacements will be dispatched only after receiving the original item sent back by customer. Items for returns or replacements should be received within 15 days of delivery. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Refund Policy
If your order is cancelled as per our cancellation policy mentioned above or if a replacement product has not been provided as per our Replacement policy mentioned above, you will be eligible for a refund and will be notified. Normally, your refund will be processed within 1 working day of notification. Final settlement of your funds may take up to 5 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this time frame, kindly contact us by email or phone number listed on our website here.
